1. What type of work do you do?
We are a full-service company – repair, remodel and maintain — for homes in the Cambridge area. We specialize in doing those annoying handyman tasks you can't find anyone else to do. We can remodel your home one room at a time, which reduces stress and disruption. We can also provide a monthly maintenance service.

2. What towns do you serve?
Cambridge and all the surrounding towns: Boston, Allston, Brighton, Brookline, Arlington, Somerville, Watertown, Belmont, Newton, Jamaica Plain, Medford, Charlestown. We’ll travel too, if you want to split travel time with us.

3. How do you charge?
We charge by the hour plus materials. You pay only for the work that is done. Estimates are free and no job is too small. Our minimum charge is one hour.

4. Do you provide estimates?
The types of jobs that we do are more suitable for guess-timates. When taking apart an older home, you never know what hidden damage you might find. However, we can give you a pretty good idea of how long the job will take because we have so much experience with all the possibilities and likelihoods. No matter what we discover, we explain all the necessary work to you in advance. Then as the work proceeds we keep you up to date with your options should any new developments arise.

5. How do I pay?
For smaller jobs of one day or less, you can pay the service man. For larger jobs, we mail you an invoice at the end of each week. We accept checks or cash only.

6. Are you licensed?
We are licensed general contractors. We work with plumbers, electricians, and other tradesmen as needed. We have workers’ comp and liability insurance.
